Preparation
Cut the meat in pieces (egg-sized).
Pour the oil and when it is very hot, add the meat. When it is fried golden,
add tomato and stir everything until it is well fried.Add the, the paprika
.powder. inmediately afterwards add the water, vegetables, saffron and salt.
Let it boil for 20 min. (Medium flame) Add the rice, distributing it very well
all over in the “paellera”. Poke the fire during 10 min. and let it cook for
10 min. more (low flame). The rice, already dried, has to be for some minutes
in repose before being served. |
