Iron and fire craftsmen
Garcima’s history goes back to 1940, when Antonio García’s grandfather started making kitchen utensils such as ladles, cooking tripods or tongs. These were the beginnings of a tradition to last over three generations … and all those still to come!
Later on his son Enrique began to add frying pans to the range of products that his wife, Encarna Campos, used to sell from a stall at Valencia’s Central Market.
In 1955 the first machine for making paella pans was brought in and exports to American started, though Garcima’s real internationalisation process came with Antonio García.
